The property at Subdivision: Land Division of Tract 44, Tract C, MRGCD Map 82 NMPM, 1.60 ac; also known as 43 Tome Hill Rd, Zoned Rural Residential 2 (RR-2), Filed in Book E, Page 44 in the Office of the Valencia County Clerk.

B. Conditional Use #2020-055 (District IV, P&Z Commissioner Baca)
Joshua & Tabatha Pacheco request a Conditional Use for a rodeo club. The property at Subdivision: Land of Hansen and Rupp, Tract A1, MRGCD Map 99 NMPM, 5.35 ac; also known as 99 Jaramillo Rd, Zoned Rural Residential 2 (RR-2), Filed in Book L, Page 770 in the Office of the Valencia County Clerk.
