Kathleen Pickering, Belen Public Library director, and art educator, Paula Castillo, are excited to announce “BEAST,” a Belen Consolidated Schools student art exhibit hosted by the Belen Public Library and curated by the Young Curators Club from Infinity High School.

This exhibit will feature Belen High School artwork from students of high school arts faculty Egan Ulbricht, and illustrates students’ dedicated and focused journey in improving a range of art skills.

An opening reception will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, the Belen Pubic Library. “BEAST” will be available for viewing in the Belen Public Library community room through Monday, Feb. 27. Visitors are welcome to see the exhibit during library hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
