Diana Lynn Ritter, 58, passed away on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022.

Diana is survived by her husband of 28 years, Frank Ritter; her eldest son, Joseph Piro and his wife, Christie, and their sons; her eldest daughter, Frances Simmons and her two children; daughter, Irene Piro and two sons; son, Chris Piro and his son; daughter, Alicia Best and her son; daughter, Heather Massey and her daughter; son, Frank “Max” Ritter Jr.; and daughter, Anna Ritter.

She attended the University of New Mexico, where she earned her associate degrees in sociology and psychology. She was working towards her bachelor’s degree in behavioral psychology.

Before she passed, she worked as a mail clerk at the Central New Mexico Correctional Facility.

Diana was a loving and passionate person. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She was one of a kind.

She would always say if we came across a trial to pray and trust that Jesus will take care of us. She loved whole-heartedly and never lost her faith.

Diana will be forever missed but she never wanted us to grieve forever. She wanted us to rejoice that she is home with our Father in Heaven.

“Psalms 103:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His Holy name!”
