Los Lunas Cornerstone Church

A drive-thru Easter bag give-away will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 3, at Los Lunas Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene, 33 El Cerro Road, Los Lunas. The child must be present; one bag per child.

Valencia County Cowboy Church

Valencia County Cowboy Church will present “Living Last Supper Play” at 6 p.m., Saturday, April 3, at the church, 1 AT&T Road, Los Lunas.

There will be an Easter sunrise service at 6:30 a.m., Sunday, April 4, followed by a pancake breakfast and encore performance of the play at 10 a.m.

Calvary Chapel New Harvest

Calvary Chapel New Harvest, 701 Main St. SE, Ste. A, Los Lunas, will hold Easter services at 8 and 10 a.m., Sunday, April 4.

First United Methodist Church of Belen

Holy Week Services at First United Methodist Church of Belen, 75 Manzano Expressway, Rio Communities, begin with a Maundy Thursday live-streamed on YouTube service at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 1. A Good Friday service will be live-streamed at 7 p.m., Friday, April 2.

Easter sunrise services will be at 7 a.m. in the parking lot, Sunday, April 4. Another service will be held in the parking lot at 11 a.m. There will be a tailgate get-together following the 11 a.m. service. Bring a brown bag snack or lunch and a chair. Everyone is welcomed.

First Presbyterian Church of Belen

First Presbyterian Church is open and will be holding a traditional Easter service at 10 a.m., Sunday, April 4.

Following the service, the church will host a “tailgate” lunch at the church parking lot. Cars will be parked in a circle respecting the 6-feet social distancing.

Participants will provide their own food and beverage and chairs. This will permit a time of fellowship and sharing after church and do it in a safe way. Also, the church will provide an Easter Sunday photo opportunity for participants.

The church will also be streaming the service on YouTube and Facebook for those not able to attend.
