Thanksgiving food basket applications
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program will start taking applications to help those in need with a Thanksgiving Day Food Basket. You must be in the Belen Consolidated Schools district in order to receive a basket.
Apply at the Belen Business Center from Wednesday, Sept. 27, through Thursday, Nov. 16. Bring all required documents: proof of residence, proof of income for entire household, photo ID and a birth certificate or Medicaid card for each child in household.
If you would like to make a donation for the Thanksgiving Baskets, please bring in your non-perishable goods to the RSVP office located in the Belen Business Center, 719 S. Main St., Belen.
