Jacob “Jake” Tafoya passed away on May 25, 2022, surrounded by his family.
Jake is preceded in death by his father, Ross Tafoya.
He is survived by his mother, Emma; his wife, Lee; his children, Edward (Vanessa), Katherine (Joshua) and Christopher (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Edward Jr., Brian, Sevan, Adria, Zenaya and Ramzi; his sister, Mildred Garley; and brother, John Rey Tafoya.
Per Jake’s wishes, no services were held.
