NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE The following legally described trust real estate and associated personal property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Valencia County Courthouse, 1835 Highway 314 SW, Los Lunas, New Mexico, on June 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.: Tract K-1-A-1-A of LOS MORROS BUSINESS PARK, being a replat of Tracts K-1-A-1 and K-1-A-4, Los Morros Business Park, within the San Clemente Grant in Sections 17, 19, and 20, Township 7 North, Range 2 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Village of Los Lunas, Valencia County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof filed in the office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico on March 3, 2006 in Map Book J, folio 655.
