Bids may be held for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the City. City of Rio Communities reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. A completed bid package shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the ITB title and number along with the Offeror’s name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container All bids must be received by the deadline of 11:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021 at the City of Rio Communities Administrative Office, 360 Rio Communities Blvd., Rio Communities, New Mexico at which time and place the bid opening will start.

By submitting a bid for the requested services/items each Bidder is certifying that its bid complies with regulations and requirements stated within the Invitation to Bid.

ANY BID PACKAGE RECEIVED BY THE PURCHASING DIVISION AFTER THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE REJECTED BY CITY OF RIO COMMUNITIES.
