NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Los Lunas Village Council on January 14, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers the following ordinance was adopted, the title and summary of the subject matter which are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 276-2021-1

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO, PROVIDING FOR A ZONE ATLAS AMENDMENT. AVALON CORDOVA AND JOSEPH GONZALES, REPRESENTING THEMSELVES AND FRANK GALLEGOS, REQUESTED CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FOR A ZONE CHANGE TO R-R FOR SUBD: LAND OF MIKE & PAULINE PADILLA TRACT 37A1B2 0.44 ACRE 2011 REV AND TRACT: 43B1 S:27 T:7N R: 2E 0.03 ACRE MAP 72 AND ADDITIONALLY REQUESTED CONDITIONAL APPROVAL THAT THE EAST PORTION OF TRACT 43A1D S: 27 T: 7N R: 2E 0.50 ACRE MAP 72, NEAR ADOBE LN NE AND VIVIAN J CORDOVA DR NE, SHALL BE ZONED R-1 AND THE WEST PORTION ZONED R-R, AND THAT SUCH ZONING WOULD TAKE EFFECT ONLY AFTER A LOT SPLIT AND SUMMARY PLAT WAS APPROVED AND RECORDED.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after publication of its adoption.
