HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing at 6:00pm on November 3, 2021 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access Code: 2556 146 4307 Password/Passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application:

DEVELOPMENT MANAGING CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR SIVAGE INVESTMENTS LLC, HAS REQUESTED PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: 1A1A1A1A2 20.00 ACRES AND SUBD: LAS TERRAZAS AT FIESTA SUBDIVISION TRACT: LC-G S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E 21.83 ACRES PLAT M-480, FOR THE PROPOSED VALLECITO OESTE SUBDIVISION. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF LOS CERRITOS RD NW AND EAST OF HIGHLINE RD NW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. The Village Council will hold a public hearing to approve or deny the Final Plat at a later date, to be announced.
