The Los Lunas Village Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 2, 2021 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application:
DEVELOPMENT MANAGING CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR SIVAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT LLC, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR 11.3474 ACRES OF THE NORTHEASTERLY PORTION OF SUBD: LAS TERRAZAS AT FIESTA SUBDIVISION TRACT: LC-F S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 26.71 ACRES PLAT M-480, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHASE 2 OF THE TESORO SUBDIVISION. THE SUBDIVISION IS TO BE DEVELOPED ON PARCEL A, AS DESCRIBED ON THE TESORO PHASE 1 FINAL PLAT. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF MAIN ST NW AND EAST OF HIGHLINE RD NW.
