NOTICE OF PUBLIC
The Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 15, 2021 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access Code: 2551 180 3710 Password/Passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application:
MICHAEL SALAZAR HAS APPLIED FOR A DESIGNATED USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN TRACT: 7A2A2 S: 33 T: 7N R: 2E 0.65 ACRE MAP 75 2002 SPLIT, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 212 LOPEZ RD SE AND 220 LOPEZ RD SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A PRIMARY STRUCTURE WITH AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT.
The Los Lunas Village Council will subsequently hear this case at 6:00 p.m. on January 13, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers.
