NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING

The Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 2022 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access Code: 2556 350 9599 Password/Passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application:

CENTRAL NEW MEXICO RAIL PARK LLC, REPRESENTING THEMSELVES AND ROCK AND RAIL LLC, HAS APPLIED FOR A SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT FOR TRACTS A1, A2, A3, A4, AND A5 LOCATED IN SUBD: CENTRAL NEW MEXICO RAIL PARK, FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING THE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CENTRAL NEW MEXICO RAIL PARK AREA PLAN.

The Los Lunas Village Council will subsequently hear and decide this case at 6:00 p.m. on January 27, 2022, in the Village Council Chambers and at www.loslunasnm.gov/meeting.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers.
