LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Valencia County Board of Commissioners on January 5, 2022 at 5:00 PM a public hearing will be held for the purpose considering ORDINANCE 2022-___ VALENCIA COUNTY RECREATIONAL AND MEDICAL CANNABIS REGULATIONS. The purpose of this Ordinance is to restrict the time, place, and manner of the sale and consumption of cannabis to protect residents from annoyance and injury resulting from such operations, and to prescribe penalties for violations. The Board of County Commissioners may vote to adopt the Ordinance at the regular meeting following the public hearing on January 5, 2022 at 5:00 PM. The public hearing and meeting will be held at the Valencia County Commission Chamber, 444 Luna Ave. Los Lunas, NM 87031.
Complete copies of the of proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Office of the Valencia County Clerk at 444 Luna Ave, Los Lunas New Mexico and may be viewed online at www.co.valencia.nm.us .
