NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION OF LAND INTO THE CITY OF BELEN AND TO AMEND THE ZONE MAP FROM Valencia County Residential/Agricultural to City of Belen R-1 Single-Family Residential and C-1 General
Commercial: I-25 Bypass and Edmundo Road, Valencia County NM, Jonathan Trujillo-Applicant, .
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract 29B (5.84 Acres), Tract 29A (5.84 Acres); S:31 T:6N R:2E, The Edmundo L Padilla and Vivian Padilla Revocable Trust.
You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen Planning and Zoning Commission at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002.
The Belen Planning and Zoning Commission will consider moving the case forward to the City Council with a recommendation for approval or disapproval.
