The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on April 6, 2022 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or by phone at 1-408-418-9388 (access code: 2564 767 0617 – password/passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application.
RESPEC, ACTING AGENT FOR AVALON JUBILEE LLC AND 3B’S PARTNERSHIP, HAS REQUESTED PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE SUBD: JUBILEE SUBDIVISION PHASE 2E TRACT: A S: 24 T: 7N R: 1E 21.42 ACRES PLAT M-475 AND SUBD: LAND OF HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TRACT: 1E1A2 29.02 ACRES 2008 REV, FOR PHASE 2F OF THE JUBILEE SUBDIVISION.
