NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 20, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGING CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND SIVAGE INVESTMENTS, LLC, HAS APPLIED FOR A SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: LC-C S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E 7.79 ACRES PLAT M-477, SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: LC-A-1 S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E 20.00 ACRES PLAT M-519, SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: LC-H S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 124.60 ACRES PLAT M-519, AND SUBD: LAS TERRAZAS AT FIESTA SUBDIVISION TRACT: LC-G S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E 21.84 ACRES PLAT M-519, WEST OF I-25 AND NORTH OF LOS CERRITOS RD NW, FOR THE PURPOSE OF UPDATING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SEVEN ACRE PARK AND REMOVE AN INSTITUTIONAL ZONE.

The Village of Los Lunas Council will subsequently hear and decide this case at 6:00
p.m. on
August 11, 2022 in the Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
