NOTICE OF PUBLIC
The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 11, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM to consider the following application:
ISAACSON & ARFMAN, INC, ACTING AGENT FOR DOUBLE M PROPERTIES, INC, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SUBD: SIERRA VISTA TRACT: A2 S: 23 T: 7N R: 1E 13.14 ACRES PLAT M-530 AND SUBD: SIERRA VISTA TRACT: A3 S: 23 T: 7N R: 1E 19.43 ACRES PLAT M-530, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROPOSED VISTA SANDIA PHASES 1 AND 2 SUBDIVISION IN THE SIERRA VISTA AREA PLAN. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF MAIN ST SW AND WEST OF EMILY AVE SW.
The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
