NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00
p.m. on
August 17, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.

ARCH+PLAN LAND USE CONSULTANTS LLC, ACTING AGENT FOR HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, HAS REQUESTED MINOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL FOR SUBD: LANDS OF HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TRACT: 1A 796.37 ACRES PLAT M-525, WITH NO ASSIGNED ADDRESS AND SUBD: VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS LAND FILL TRACT: A 48.58 ACRES 2005 REV, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 7480 MAIN ST NW FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING SIX PARCELS AND ADJUSTING LOT LINES AT 7480 MAIN ST NW.

The Village of Los Lunas Council will subsequently hear and decide this case at 6:00
p.m. on
September 8, 2022 in the Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
