NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting to consider a REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL USE OVERLAY PERMIT ON AN EXISTING R-1 ZONE to allow an existing multi-family home to remain in-place and to be replaced (if destroyed or severely damaged) or remodeled (as may be needed) over time. The Special Use Overlay Permit will be applicable for the multi-family dwelling.

Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Please note that your physical presence is advised.
