NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on September 21, 2002 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.

CONSENSUS PLANNING, ACTING AGENT FOR PULTE GROUP, HAS REQUESTED A ZONING VARIANCE FOR THE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED AS SUBD: VALLECITO SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 LOT: 43 S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 0.17 ACRES PLAT M-514, SUBD: VALLECITO SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 LOT: 44 S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 0.17 ACRES PLAT M-514, AND SUBD: VALLECITO SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 LOT: 74 S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 0.11 ACRES PLAT M-514, WITH STREET ADDRESSES OF 1168 VALLECITO LOOP NW, 1172 VALLECITO LOOP NW, AND 1163 VALLECITO LOOP NW, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A FRONT GARAGE SETBACK VARIANCE WITHIN A S-U ZONE.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners within 300ft of the subject property who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
