Variance Application as per ordinance 10-1-16 & Request for Land split as per 10-2-15

The Planning and Zoning Commission and the Governing Body of the Village of Bosque Farms will hear the following Application at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 6:30 PM, and at the regular Council Meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 6:00 PM, both meetings will be held at the Village Council Chambers, 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, New Mexico:

Request for a Variance and Land split for Subd: Subd: VELVET ACRES Lot: 21 & EAST 1/2 OF LOT 22 UPC # 101004239616000000 property owner is requesting to land split a property that is 1.4813 acres making the properties .7407 & .7406 the property is located in an R-1 zone which requires each property be ¾ of an acre as per 10-1-5 J of the Village of Bosque Farms Ordinance therefore requiring the landowner to request a variance as per 10-1-16.

Copies of the proposed Land Split are available at the Village Office during normal business hours.
