NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 8, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to hear and decide the following application.

JOHN KIRKPATRICK, ARCHITECT, ACTING AGENT FOR LAWRENCE AND KATHY JARAMILLO, HAS APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM S-U TO R-1 FOR THE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF LAWRENCE JARAMILLO AND KATHY JARAMILLO TRACT: 2 S: 22 T: 7N R: 2E 0.50 ACRES PLAT N-724 AND SUBD: LAND OF LAWRENCE JARAMILLO AND KATHY JARAMILLO TRACT: 3 S: 22 T: 7N R: 2E 0.50 ACRES PLAT N-724, WITH STREET ADDRESSES OF 1714 LOS LENTES RD NE AND 1716 LOS LENTES RD NE, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS WITHIN THE REQUESTED ZONE, R-1.

The application was previously advertised and heard by the Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission on October 19, 2022.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by November 28, 2022 for the Village Council hearing.
