PUBLIC HEARING

The Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on April 21, 2021 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting (access code: 182 976 0103 password: pzhearing) or at 1-408-418-9388 (access code: 182 976 0103 password: 79432746) to consider the following application:

NICK SARAP AND MICHAEL SARAP HAVE APPLIED FOR A DESIGNATED USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN TRACT 77A3B1 S:26 T: 7N R: 2E 0.50 ACRE MAP 72 2003 REV, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 111 LUJAN RD SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A STORAGE FACILITY.

The Los Lunas Village Council will subsequently hear this case at 6:00 p.m. on May 06, 2021 , also on the virtual platform Webex. Visit www.LosLunasNM.gov closer to the hearing date for meeting information.
