NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 30, 2021, at the hour of 11:45 a.m., at the main entrance of the Thirteenth Judicial District Courthouse, Valencia County, 1835 Highway 314 S.W., Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, the undersigned Special Master will sell at public auction for cash, the property located at 340 Los Cerritos Road, N.W., Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, and more particularly described as:
Parcel "C-2" of the Plat of Parcels C-1 and C-2, Lands of HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, as said Parcel is shown and designated on the plat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on April 14, 2014, in Plat Cabinet "M", page 254.
The foregoing sale will be made to satisfy a Summary, Default and Stipulated Judgment entered by the Court in the above-captioned cause on September 22, 2021, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above-described property. The Plaintiff has been granted a money judgment in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE AND 41/100 DOLLARS ($523,489.41), plus interest at the rate of eight and three quarters percent (8.75%) from April 16, 2021 until the date of sale, plus costs and attorney fees, plus costs of sale, and Special Master’s fees. Plaintiff has the option of using all or any portion of Judgment in lieu of cash at the sale.
Notice is further given that the purchaser at the foreclosure sale shall take title to the property subject to a one (1) month right of redemption.
