STATE OF NEW MEXICO to:
Unknown Claimants in Interest in the Hereinafter Described Premises Adverse to the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs of Unknown Claimants if Deceased.

You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has brought suit against you in the
District Court of Sandoval County, New Mexico under Cause Number D-1314-CV-2021-00885 the general object of which is to quiet title in the following described property situate in Valencia County, New Mexico to wit.

LOTS numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) in Block numbered One (1) of

Meadow Lake Unit 11, a subdivision in Valencia County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof filed in the office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico on May 15, 1972, in folio C9-45.

You are further notified that unless a responsive pleading or motion is filed with the District Court Administrator of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court of Valencia County, New Mexico at 1835 NM-314, Los Lunas, NM 87031 in which response to pleading or other motion shall also be served on the below-named attorney for the Plaintiff within the time required by law which is 30 days after the date of the third publication of this Notice of Pendency of Suit, a judgment by default will be rendered against the above-named Defendants.
