Group II: The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Paul A. Maniscalco, Deceased, and Group III: Any Other Unknown Person or Persons Who May Claim Any Interest Whatsoever in the Property Herein Described.
GREETINGS DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby notified that Judy Pellerin (aka Judy Scannell), as Plaintiff, has filed an action in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court Valencia County, New Mexico, and wherein said Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.
The general object of said action is: Complaint to Quiet Title.
That real property in Valencia County, New Mexico affected thereby is:
- Lot numbered Forty-One (41) of MEADOW LAKE, UNIT 4, a Subdivision of Valencia County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat thereof filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico,
- on May 21, 1968.
The property may be commonly known as 140 Bonito Loop, Los Lunas, NM 87031.
You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication date, judgment will be entered against you.
