NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Plaintiffs filed a Complaint in Quiet Title to Real Property in the above Court on June 7, 2022 against the above-named Defendants Sandia Savings and Loan Association and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Property Adverse to the Plaintiffs. The general object of the Complaint is to quiet title to certain real property best described as Lot numbered 2 in Block lettered “C” of El Dorado Estates, Unit #1, a Subdivision of Valencia County, New Mexico as the same is shown and so designated on the Plat thereof, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on March 1, 1960, in Cabinet “A”, Page 1111. The street address for this property is 4911 Georgia SW, Los Lunas, New Mexico.

Further, the above-named Defendants, Sandia Savings and Loan Association and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Property Adverse to the Plaintiffs, are hereby notified they have until thirty (30) days from the date of the completion of publication of this Notice in which to file an answer or other pleading responsive to the Complaint and should said Defendants choose not to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the completion of publication of this Notice, judgment or other appropriate relief may be rendered against the above-named Defendants.
