Interest or Title Adverse to the Plaintiff In Approximate ly 28.815 Acres In Socorro County, New Mexico

Pursuant to Rule 4, Fed.R.Civ.P. and by Order of the Court, the above-named Defendants are hereby notified that SunZia Transmission, LLC, and Ross Perkal as Personal Representative of the Estate of Nathan A. Twining, Deceased Plaintiffs in this matter, have filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to the following property located in Socorro County, New Mexico within Section 32, Township 3N, Range 1E N.M.P.M. and Section 5, Township 2N, Range 1E N.M.P.M.:

Easement 1: The surface estate of real estate located in Socorro County, New Mexico described by metes and bounds in Exhibit B to the Plaintiffs Complaint, being out of the Belen Grant, located west and south of Lot 3 in Block 18 of Ranchos de Bernardo Subdivision, Unit 2, Socorro County, New Mexico, according to the map and plat thereof of record filed in Plat Book A, Page 43 in the office of the Clerk of Socorro County, New Mexico on December 13, 1960 and located North and East of Lot 1 of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 1 East N.M.P.M. and located North and East of Lot 1 of Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 1 East as shown in the Original Survey dated September 11, 1913 and approved April 23, 1915, and recorded in Volume 32, Page 83 of the General Land Office records maintained by the Bureau of Land Management.

Easement 2: The surface estate of real estate located in Socorro County, New Mexico described by metes and bounds in Exhibit C to the Plaintiffs Complaint located within Lot 1, Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 1 East as shown in the Original Survey dated September 11, 1913 and approved April 23, 1915, and recorded in Volume 32, Page 83 of the General Land Office records maintained by the Bureau of Land Management.

Easement 3: The surface estate of real estate located in Socorro County, New Mexico described by metes and bounds in Exhibits D1 and D2 to the Plaintiffs Complaint located north and east of the center line of the Rio Puerco, within Lot 1 of Section 5, in Township 2 North, Range 1 East N.M.P.M. as shown in the Original Survey dated September 11, 1913 and approved April 23, 1915, and recorded in Volume 32, Page 83 of the General Land Office records maintained by the Bureau of Land Management.

Unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date of this notice, judgment by default will be entered against you.
