You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located as 624 Firewheel Loop SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031, Valencia County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED SIXTY-ONE (61) OF DESERT SKY SUBDIVISION, BEING A REPLAT OF TRACT 1-G, LANDS OF HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, A SUBDIVISION IN VALENCIA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME ARE SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON SAID PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE VALENCIA COUNTY CLERK ON NOVEMBER 01, 2006, IN PLAT CABINET ”J”, FOLIO 735.
Unless you file and serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
