All items stored at Valencia Storage & MHP in Building 3/Unit 39 to include paintings, file cabinets, household items and boxes; Building A/Unit 5 to include boxes, electronics, TV, and furniture will be sold or disposed under the terms and conditions of the Self Service Storage Lien Act (48-11-1 to 48 119 NMSA 1978) unless conditions are met.
