20.2.72 NMAC – General Permits, Section 220.A(2)(b)ii

Coyote Gravel Products announces its intent to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department for an air quality permit to construct a General Construction Permit, GCP-2, Crushing and Screening Facility. The name of this facility is Blue Springs Pit. The expected date of the submittal of our application for an air quality permit to the Air Quality Bureau is 10.28.2022. This notice is a requirement according to New Mexico air quality regulations.

The exact location of the facility is/will be UTM Zone 13, UTM Easting 361000.31, UTM Northing 3814212.57. The approximate location of this site is 21 miles SE of Belen in Valencia county.

Air emissions of any regulated air contaminant will be less than or equal to:
