TO THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF WILLIE CARRILLO, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSEFA CARRILLO, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CLARENCE A. CARRILLO AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF(S), GREETINGS.
You and each of you are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a Complaint against you in the above-entitled and numbered case in the above-designated Court.
The general object of the action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff(s) in fee simple in and to the real estate described in the Complaint in this cause, being situate within Valencia County, New Mexico and more particularly described as:
- Tract 100A1C1 of the Replat of Tracts 100A1B and 100A1C M.R.G.C.D. Map 102, as said Tract is shown and designated on said Replat, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on October 21, 2022, in Plat Cabinet M, Page 582.
Unless you file a responsive pleading or motion in the Court cause on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice, a default judgment or other appropriate relief with be rendered in this cause against you.
