“It felt right, comfortable,” Manns said about the Las Cruces school, where her father, Denvis, was an All-Conference football player for the Aggies.

Manns says she has relatives in the Las Cruces area, which will make her transition easier.

Manns is a utility outfielder for the Tigers, but she is unsure which position she will play at NMSU.
