Maria Del La Luz Duran, age 73, passed away peacefully on Feb. 20, 2023, from medical issues. She was born Oct. 25, 1949.
She was a long time resident of Belen. She was a beautician for 50 years, and loved by clients and friends.
She shared a lifetime of love with her partner and husband, David Duran.
She leaves behind her brother, Jose Jesus Lopez; sister, Lola Navarro; nieces, Nellie Jemenez and Carmen Carreon; nephews Thomas and William Moreno; and many grand nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held in California on June 10.
