A virtual vendor training: How to do Business with Los Lunas Schools will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, March 26, via Zoom.Contact Heather Rindels by 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 24, to register at 866-8259 or hrindels@llschools.net.

Concert, movie and cruise

A drive-up concert, movie and cruise/car show will be held on Saturday, March 27, at Vivian Fields on South Main Street in Belen. The cruise will begin in Los Lunas at 3 p.m. and travel to Belen, followed by a concert at 4 p.m. The movie, “Hop” will begin at 7:30 p.m., and the cost is $5 per carload. Two food trucks, Big Mike’s and Better at than Never, will be on site. There will also be gunny sack races for children with prizes.

Volunteers  needed

The Valencia County Literacy Council is seeking volunteer tutors for basic English as a second language. Contact Cassandra at Holy Ghost and Fire Church at 859-3414.

St. Philip’s food pantry

Every Tuesday, St. Philip’s Food Pantry, 113 La Luna Place, Rio Communities,  is open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Let them know of home-bound seniors or low-income families without transportation by calling 864-7954.
