Little League registrations

Registration for Belen Little League is on going until Sunday, Jan. 30. You can get more information on the website, tshq.bluesombrero.com/belennmlittleleague, or by calling Michele Todd at 505-366-4263 or Lindsey Cordova at 505-235-8793.

Spring registration is also open for Enchantment Little League in Los Lunas. Divisions open for registration are T-Ball, Rookies, Minors, Majors and Juniors. Visit the site, tshq.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=1773009 for more information.

Yucca Little League registration is on going until Tuesday, Feb 1. Player and coach registration information can be found at the site, tshq.bluesombrero.com/yuccall. The cost is $85 per player.

 

Volleyball tournament

The Los Lunas High School baseball team is holding its first ever co-ed volleyball tournament on Sunday, Jan. 30. Registration is still open for teams. Entry fee is $25 per person. For more information, call Ray Caldwell at 505-450-1776, or Paul Cieremans 505-550-5531.

 

VHS baseball tryouts

The Valencia High School baseball team will be holding tryouts from 3:30-5:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 31, to Wednesday, Feb. 2, at the VHS baseball field. Contact Coach Ramirez for more information at [email protected].

 

Adult volleyball league

The village of Los Lunas Adult Co-ed Indoor Volleyball League registration is now open. Season begins on Monday, Feb. 21, and costs $150 per team. For more information, visit loslunasnm.gov.

 

King of the Hill

The 2022 King of the Hill is scheduled for Saturday, March 5. The King of the Hill offers 100 percent trail running at 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances. For more information, visit loslunasnm.gov/721/king-of-the-Hill.

 

Attendance limit

Due to the increased amount of COVID cases, the village of Los Lunas is limiting attendance to indoor sporting events at the Daniel Fernandez Recreation Center. Each player and coach is allowed two guests; guest must arrive with player or coach at time of entry; and all players and guest must wear face coverings when indoors.
