Belen
The engagement and upcoming wedding of Annette Nichole Rivera and Mario Dominic Marquez has been announced.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Antonio and Lois Rivera of Belen. A 1997 graduate of Belen High School, she will graduate in December from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
She is a member of Delta Zeta Sorority, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Greek Link Bible Study Group. She is employed by the Doña Ana Branch Community College’s computer lab and by Transystems Corp. in Dallas, Texas.
Her fiance is the son of Richard and Rosalie Marquez of Belen. He will graduate from New Mexico State in May with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education. A 1995 graduate of Belen High School, he is employed by the Las Cruces Public Schools.
A June 15 wedding is planned at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church.
