Santiago Saiz
Santiago Saiz, age 77, a resident of Los Lunas, passed away on July 26, 2022.
He retired from Painters Local Union 823. His favorite hobby after retiring was working on his garden. He also enjoyed fishing with his grandson.
He is preceded in death by son, Chris Diaz; parents, Eusebio Saiz and Maria (kicks) Saiz; siblings, Fernando, Joe, Lorenzo and Cayetano Saiz; sister, Julia Vallejos; and granddaughter, Elsie Diaz.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Saiz; daughters, Erica Saiz and Jose Saenz, and Jackie Diaz; son, Robert and Lisa Diaz; siblings, Paula Griego, Kathy Vigil, Martha Gonzales and Michael Saiz; grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Jacinda, Cody, Analysa and Robert; great-grandchildren, Eli, Ethan and Jaycee, and many nephews and nieces.
All services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Peralta on Saturday, Aug. 13, with a visitation at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Rosary at 10:30 a.m.
The urn bearer is Cody Saenz.
