The Community Wellness Council for Valencia County is asking the community to complete a brief survey about access to basic family services in Valencia County.

The 100 percent Community Valencia and the Anna Age 8 Institute would like to learn about residents experiences getting access to medical care, childcare, job training, transportation, housing and more.

The survey asks about how easy or difficult it is to get these services, and the types of challenges you face. The results will be used to make recommendations to local municipal and county officials and community organizations so the Wellness Council can improve the quality of life in Valencia County.

The council needs an additional 150 to 200 surveys — which takes about 10 minutes — that are voluntary and completely anonymous. The survey does not ask for names and all responses will be grouped together, analyzed and presented in aggregate form so individuals cannot be identified by their responses.
Go to bit.ly/ValenciaSurvey100 to take the survey.

Survey results will be available to the public at communitywellnesscouncil.org once completed.
