Belen Memorial Day event

The city of Belen will hold a Memorial Day event, “Operation Never Forget,” at 10 a.m., Monday, May 30, at the Veterans Memorial at Eagle Park. The event begins with a Pass in Review parade, and there will be a presentation and tribute honoring departed comrades and a tribute to all branches of the military.

Arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. to show respect for the Pass in Review.

Free hot dogs and refreshments will be provided by the Belen RSVP, Friends of the Belen Harvey House Museum and served by costumed Harvey Girls.
