World’s Largest Matanza

The annual Hispano Chamber of Valencia County’s “World’s Largest Matanza” will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, at Eagle Park, 305 Eagle Lane, in Belen. The annual event includes food, vendors, live music, activities and more. There will be team competitions and public food contests. For information, visit hispanochambervc.org.
