The Planning and Zoning Commission and the Governing Body of the Village of Bosque Farms will hear the following Application at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 6:30 PM, and at the regular Council Meeting on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 6:00 PM, both meetings will be held at the Village Council Chambers, 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, New Mexico:

Request for a Re-Plat in accordance with 10-2-14 for: Tract: 9A1A1A7Subd: LAND OF TABET INVESTMENT Tract: A2 8.03 ACRES MAP 62 1999 REVC2 S: 1 T: 7N R: 2E 0.57 ACRES PLAT M-452 and Tract: 9A1A1A7B S: 1 T: 7N R: 2E 13.08 ACRES PLAT M-452 and Subd: LAND OF TABET INVESTMENT Tract: A2 8.03 ACRES MAP 62 1999 REV.

And

Request to Vacate Plat: Tract: 9A1A1A7C2 S: 1 T: 7N R: 2E 0.57 ACRES PLAT M-452

Copies of the proposed Re-Plat and proposed vacate are available at the Village Office during normal business hours.
