Due to critically low blood supplies across the state, Vitalant, formerly United Blood Services, is encouraging anyone who can to donate blood.

During January, there are several blood drives here in Valencia County, eliminating the need to drive to Albuquerque to donate.

Donors can go to any of the drives with or without an appointment, although donors with appointments take priority.

Call or text at Selina Robinson at 505-357-4094 to make an appointment.
