Agenda highlight: A public hearing was held in front of the Rio Communities City Council on April 1 regarding Playa Vista Group applications for zone changes from planned development to business manufacturing to commercial 2 zone. The hearing has been continued, and the governing body will continue to hear from the public regarding the application
