PUBLIC HEARING

The Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 04, 2021 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico and on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access Code: 182 937 5194 Password: pzhearing or 79432746) to consider the following application:

ISAACSON & ARMAN, INC, ACTING AGENT FOR SIERRA VISTA LOS LUNAS LLC, HAS REQUESTED PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE SUBD: SIERRA VISTA TRACT: E S: 24 T: 7N R: 1E 13.50 ACRES PLAT M-425 FOR THE PROPOSED CERRO VISTA SUBDIVISION. THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION IS TO BE DEVELOPED ON TRACT E-1, AS DESCRIBED ON THE APPROVED VISTA MANZANO PRELIMINARY PLAT. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF MAIN ST SW AND WEST OF JUBILEE BLVD SW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. Property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision wishing to comment may attend the public hearing, write to the Village of Los Lunas Community Development Department at PO Box 1209, Los Lunas, NM 87031, call (505) 352-7658, or email the Planning Technician at [email protected]. The Village Council will hear the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation and will hold a public hearing to approve or deny the Final Plat at a later date, to be announced.
