a. REQUEST FOR Special Use overlay permit For Sky Ranch Solar Project

Sky Ranch proposed to construct, operate, and maintain the Sky Ranch Solar Project (Project), a proposed photovoltaic (PV) solar power generation facility with a battery energy storage system (BESS) located in the City of Belen, Valencia County, New Mexico. The Project would be located on approximately 1,999 acres of privately owned land (Project site) consisting of parts of:

•Township 6 North, Range 1 East, Section 1 (parcel 1006036264264000000);
•Township 6 North, Range 2 East, Section 6 (parcel 1007036073431000000);
•Township 6 North, Range 1 East, Section 12 (parcels 1006035219282000000 and 1006035297099000000); and
•Township 6 North, Range 1 East, Section 11 (parcels 1005035165331000000, 1005035429495000000, 1005035495363000000, 1005035429363000000, 1005035462231000000, 1005035363231000000, 1005035495099000001, 1005035462099000000, 1005035330066000001, 100503547703000002, 1005035510048000001, 1005035499015000000, and 1005035048033000000).
