General Notice

The Village of Los Lunas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

JUBILEE TO SUN RANCH MULTIUSE PATH,
CN: A302230

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Village of Los Lunas, Public Works Department at 1529 Highway 314, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, until 3:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Multipurpose trail construction to include lighting, landscaping, and irrigation along NM 6 between Jubilee Blvd. and Sun Ranch Village Rd.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Jubilee to Sun Ranch Multiuse Path, CN: A302230

Should the Bidder have any questions or concerns during the Bidding process, the Bidder shall send written questions to the Engineer’s representative, Jonah S. Ruybalid, P.E., of Molzen Corbin at [email protected].

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: ARI Graphix (ariplans.com) located at 4716 McLeod, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Contact ARI Graphix at (505) 884-0862. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (local time) and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described above. Pre-Bid Conference

A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.
