The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00
p.m. on August 17, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.
SANTOSH AND KHUSHBOO MODY, REPRESENTING KESHAV LLC, HAVE APPLIED FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: SUN RANCH VILLAGE COMMERCIAL LOTS TRACT: A1B S: 19 T: 7N R: 2E 2.00 ACRES PLAT N-939, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 2255 SUN RANCH VILLAGE LOOP SW, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A HOTEL.
The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers.
