NOTICE OF VARIANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, September 21, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission approved the following zoning variances:

Zoning Variance allowing a reduced front garage setback for the existing single family residential dwelling located at the property described as Subd: VALLECITO SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 Lot: 74 S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 0.11 ACRES PLAT M-514, with a street address of 1163 Vallecito Lp NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The approved front garage setback for the subject parcel is 20ft, and the variance allows for a front garage setback of 18.1ft.

Zoning Variance allowing for a reduced front garage setback for the existing single family residential dwelling located at the property described as Subd: VALLECITO SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 Lot: 43 S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 0.17 ACRES PLAT M-514, with a street address of 1168 Vallecito Lp NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The approved front garage setback for the subject parcel is 20ft, and the variance allows for a front garage setback of 18.2ft.

Zoning Variance allowing for a reduced front garage setback for the existing single family residential dwelling located at the property described as Subd: VALLECITO SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 Lot: 44 S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 0.17 ACRES PLAT M-514, with a street address of 1172 Vallecito Lp NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The approved front garage setback for the subject parcel is 20ft, and the variance allows for a front garage setback of 17.9ft.

The zoning variances are effective and have been recorded with the Valencia County Clerk.
